NIC ASIA Bank Announces Stock and Cash Dividend

NIC ASIA Bank’s Board Meeting held on 28/08/2019 has decided to provide per share Rs.10 (10%) Stock dividend amounting NPR 883,422,870 and Rs. 11.0526 (11.0526%) Cash Dividend (including dividend tax) amounting NPR 976,414,751 to its Shareholders for the fiscal year 2075/076, subject to approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting.
